QSN 21/22 Webinar Series: 2 The Covid Legacy for Quality Assurance

Thursday 14th Oct 2021 - Thursday 14th Oct 2021
Categories:
The Covid 19 pandemic prompted significant changes not only in terms of how higher education providers teach and assess but also how they quality assure their programmes. Face to face  validation events and external examiner briefings were transformed into online meetings and we have to ask ourselves if these will ever return to being face to face. Effective and transparent communication with students about how they will be taught and assessed, on the other hand, became even more important than before as providers and students grappled with new approaches, terminology and technology. In this webinar we will examine which of the changes are expected to stick in post Covid higher education and whether or not the post Covid quality assurance landscape has definitely changed.

If you would like to present a 7 -minute ‘Lightning Talk’ please contact chair@qualitystrategynetwork.org.
